Returns & Replacements Policy
By placing an order with the Company, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Thank you for choosing MEDNA Bio. We strive to provide the highest-quality products and services. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and replacements.
a. MEDNA Bio does not issue returns but please see if your issue can be addressed by the replacement policy
a. Replacements are only acceptable for damaged or defective products.
b. Replacements must be requested within 10 business days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
c. To initiate a replacement, please contact our customer service team either by phone at 469-250-4424 or by email at email@example.com. You may be asked to provide supporting evidence such as photographs.
d. Replacements are processed on a case-by-case basis. We may ask that the product be returned back to MEDNA Bio before a replacement can be issued. Once a replacement request is approved, a replacement product of the same type and quantity will be issued.
e. If a replacement cannot be processed, a refund will be issued.
