How can I check my order history / order status?

Click on the 'Account' icon (the black person-shaped button). From the drop-down menu, select 'Order History.' A searchable table of all orders linked to your client account will display. Order statuses and other information such as order descriptions and dollar amounts will display.  


Why can't I check out?

You must be logged into a MEDNA Bio customer account to purchase items from mednabio.com. To create an account, click on the 'Account' icon (the black person-shaped button). The resulting login screen has a 'Create Account' button to launch the account registration process.
