BACKGROUND
This recombinant antibody was produced in HEK-293 cells and was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
The antibody has a specificity for the Ebola virus EBOV (subtype Zaire, strain H.sapiens-wt/
GIN/2014/Kissidougou-C15) Glycoprotein.
USAGE
The Human Anti-Ebola GP Antibody is to be used in ELISA at 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect the Ebola virus EBOV Glycoprotein.
FORMULATION
0.2 μM filtered solution in 200 mM HEPES, 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM NaOAc, pH 7.0.
STORAGE
Antibody is stable at 2° - 8°C for up to twelve months from date of receipt.
Protect from prolonged exposure to light.
