DESCRIPTION
SE-HPLC size standard is a calibration standard for size exclusion columns used with HPLC in bioanalytics. The mixture includes five proteins: IgM, BsAb, IgG, Fc and Lysozyme.
The standard can be used with most size exclusion HPLC columns. The standard is supplied as a set of five vials of protein mixture. A 60 uL of standard mixture in each vial is sufficient for 5 injections.
