DESCRIPTION

MEDNA™ VASO is a fluid movement system designed for the efficient and automated purification of biomolecules. VASO uses MEDNA's proprietary ICON software to perform automated processes including the purification of proteins and nucleic acids. VASO is composed of interchangeable valves, pumps, sensors, and other devices to run processes that transmit fluid between designated inputs and outputs. VASO is paired with JUVA UV detectors to identify outgoing fluids. 

ICON is a powerful software automation suite that enables the collection and export of data acquired from sensors and devices connected to a unit using the ICON software. ICON is the primary means of interfacing with VASO, allowing the control of it and its subcomponents either manually or through custom processes.
