The polypeptide sequence is the sequence of human GLP1R extracellular domain (corresponding to amino acids 24-145) fused to a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus. This GLP1R ECD protein is useful for any in vitro study with relevance to weight control, diabetes, and GLP1 pathway.
