Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control Antibody is a recombinant antibody. It serves as an isotype control andreference antibody in analytics and molecular applications with negative effect.
APPLICATION:
Can be used as a negative control in any technique that uses a mouse IgG2a specific for an antigen
of interest. Flow cytometry, western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry.
FORMULATION:
100 mM HEPES, 100 mM NaCl, 50 mM NaOAc, pH 6
STORAGE:
Antibody is stable at 2° - 8° C for up to twelve months from date of receipt.
Keep frozen for prolonged storage.
