DESCRIPTION:
CD602™ Medium offers high performance and yield with recombinant CHO cells in a fed-batch setting. CD602™ is an animal origin-free, chemically defined medium that contains no proteins, hydrolysates, or components of unknown composition.

Standard physical conditions for CHO cells grown in CD602™ complete medium:
1) Temperature of 36-38ºC.
2) Humidified atmosphere of 5% CO2 in air.
3) Use standard aseptic conditions.
4) Grow cultures in shaker flasks on an orbital shaker platform rotating at 125-145 RPM or in spinner flasks (RPM may vary with impeller design).
STORAGE:
Avoid overexposure of cultures to light. Store at 2° to 8ºC, keep away from sunlight and moisture.
CD602™ has a shelf life of up to 12 months at liquid state in dark and dry conditions.
