DESCRIPTION
HRP conjugated streptavidin is a powerful tool to detect biotinylated proteins, nucleic acids, and other
macromolecules. It is produced with the highest specific activity enzymes in optimal ratios and is optimized for
use in solid phase assays such as ELISAs and blotting applications.
Specific covalent linkages are chosen to provide stable, highly active conjugates.
USAGE
Recommended final concentration range for use is 5-10 µg/mL.
NOTE: DO NOT USE SODIUM AZIDE with this product since it is an inhibitor of horseradish peroxidase.
