DESCRIPTION
Biotinylated monoclonal Anti FLAG IgG is intended to be used in western blots, ELISA and IHC to detect FLAG tagged proteins. The monoclonal anti FLAG antibody is biotinylated at optimally to allow high sensitivity and an excellent signal-to-noise ratio.

USAGE
For western blots, the recommended concentration range for use is 1 - 5 µg/mL.
If this biotinylated antibody is to be used in tissues, which may contain cross reacting endogenous
immunoglobulins, dilution of this biotinylated antibody may be made in buffers containing 2% normal serum
from the same species as the tissue. The recommended concentration range for use in tissues is 2 - 10 µg/mL.
