DESCRIPTION
P54 Enhancer Solution
(20x) is a high protein yield, liquid chemical supplement. It is an
animal-origin-free partial-feed formulation. When combined with P54 Feed 1 (Catalog # C4611) and P54 Feed 2 (Catalog # C4612), it provides up to 10 fold improvement to
fed-batch titers versus unfed batch cultures.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
One 5% (v/v) addition of Enhancer Solution to transfected cell cultures on the day of transfection.
