DESCRIPTION:
HRP (horseradish peroxidase) conjugated Anti-M13 mouse IgG is made using a new method of conjugation to allow high sensitivity and excellent signal-to-noise ratio. The antibody is purified from BALB/c mouse ascites fluid, binds specifically to the bacteriophage M13 major coat protein product of gene VIII (gp8). This antibody is useful for the M13 phage display technique in selecting and detecting phages that display antibody fragments and peptides of interest on their surface. Horseradish peroxidase is commonly used in chromogenic or chemiluminescent detection of target proteins.
