Pre-coated BVP ELISA plate
DESCRIPTION
Baculovirus particles (BVPs) can be used to measure polyspecificity of therapeutics antibody candidates in in vitro assays. This assesses the viability of an antibody as a therapy early on. Pre-coated BVP ELISA plates are ready to use 96-well strip-well plates coated with BVP and immobilized on the well surface. The plates are supplied in a dry format for easy storage and shipment.
STORAGE
Plates are stable at 20° for up to twelve months from date of receipt.
Keep plate dry, store unused strips in the packing bag with desiccant.
DATA EXAMPLES
Data shown below is a comparison of plates freshly coated with BVP overnight vs. pre-coated BVP dried plates.
The ELISA was done using strip-wells on the same plate.
